Our 2017 Exhibition opens for viewing on Monday 6th November at the premises of Radio Lancashire in Darwen Street Blackburn. Everyone is welcome.

It will run until the end of the month.

We are exhibiting the prints from our competitions and also the winning prints from our Schools Competition.

On Monday 30 October our Print Competition was Judged By Harry Emmett of Accrington Camera Club and the Prize Winners were as follows:-

Our exhibition is now open and can be seen until Wednesday at BLACKBURN IS OPEN King William Street Blackburn.



Presentation Night

Last Monday the club held its annual presentation ceremony where President Barry Noon presented Cups, Trophies and Certificates to members who were successful in the exhibition.

Congratulations to all the prize winners and thanks to all those members who have given their time to make the exhibition and the presentation night such a success.

Blackburn and District Camera Club are pleased to announce that their Annual Exhibition will be held
at the ‘Blackburn is Open’ shop in King William Street, Blackburn.

The Exhibition runs from Saturday 8th August through to Wednesday 19th August and will be open from
10am. – 4pm.

You will be able to view all winning images from this year’s Annual Competition from both our beginners
and advanced photographers.

There will also be a display of photographic work undertaken by local school children, which is the result
of a ‘Picture Perfect’ competition organised in conjunction with St Bede’s Roman Catholic High School.

Club members will be present each day for any enquiries or advice.

It gives me great pleasure to inform you that the Annual Exhibition has now been confirmed and will take place at Blackburn is Open, 65 King William Street, Blackburn commencing on 10th August for a 10 day period.

The Club Annual Exhibition opens this weekend at Blackburn Library and you will be able to view a selection of the prints entered this year.

They are the major part of the exhibition but members also had the opportunity to enter digital images which we cannot show at the library.

The slide show displays the winning digital images.
